Anders Fast is a partner at Baker McKenzie, where he is a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee.
He has extensive experience in complex M&A transactions and is a former Steering Committee member of Baker McKenzie’s Global Private Equity Group. He served as Managing Partner at the firm’s Sweden office for seven years.
He also brings experience as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Ingrid Bojner has been CEO and CCO of Storytel. She is an angel investor and board member of Carnegie Investment Bank, Apoteket, Falck and Schibsted Media, and chairman of New Republic Public Affairs. She previously worked at McKinsey & Co. with a focus on digitalization and strategy and was VP sales at Telia Company. She holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
